The role emphasizes AI-assisted analysis and content generation while maintaining strong human oversight for accuracy, risk, and confidentiality across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/telecommunications or related technology discipline.
• 7+ years of professional IT/ICT experience with bid management or proposal management.
• Knowledge of multi-disciplinary ICT ecosystems (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Networks, System Integration, Managed Services).
• Experience with enterprise Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid lifecycle from qualification, bid/no-bid, through submission and handover to delivery.
• Collaborate with solution architects, presales, SMEs to build cohesive ICT proposals.
• Lead AI-assisted drafting and ensure content is thoroughly reviewed and validated.
• Maintain compliance matrices, BoQs alignment, and risk management across proposals.
