Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is supporting a leading hospitality organisation in Abu Dhabi to appoint an experienced Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager. This senior role leads a large IT team, ensuring stable, secure enterprise IT infrastructure and strong governance aligned to business objectives.

The position focuses on IT infrastructure with cybersecurity as a key secondary responsibility, covering networks, servers, virtualization, cloud, disaster recovery and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT or related field.
• 5+ years leading IT teams.
• Hands-on IT infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to cybersecurity and information security controls.
• ISO 27001 knowledge or equivalent.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity experience.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
• Professional certifications (CCNA/CCNP) valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organisations IT infrastructure function.
• Ensure availability, reliability, scalability and performance of core IT infrastructure.
• Oversee networks, servers, storage, virtualization and cloud environments.
• Develop infrastructure strategies aligned with organisational requirements.
• Implement security controls and governance for IT infrastructure.
