Job summary

KinFitz & Co. is seeking a Microsoft Copilot expert to help enterprise customers adopt AI-driven ways of working in Dubai.

You will lead Copilot workshops for executives and end users, identify practical use cases across marketing, operations and support, and design adoption journeys from discovery to rollout, while coaching teams through change management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot rollouts and agents.
• Strong working knowledge of Power Platform and SharePoint.
• 3–5 years of experience, ideally with a consulting or business analyst background.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running workshops.
• Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English.

Are you a Microsoft Copilot expert who loves turning AI adoption into real business change for customers?

We're working with a growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy in Dubai that delivers digital transformation and AI adoption projects for enterprise customers across the region. They've just been awarded two large new projects and are expanding their customer success team to keep up with demand.

What do you need?

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot roll outs and agents- this is mandatory, ideally already delivering workshops or training around it
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
• 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a consulting or business analyst background
• A technical or engineering degree is a bonus, you're comfortable with technology and pick up new tools fast
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running workshops in front of a room
• Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about how AI changes the way people work
