Job description

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in:

1. Managing a retail and distribution network for agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, agrochemicals, crop protection products, irrigation solutions, landscaping products, and related agriculture businesses.
2. Full P&L ownership and business management responsibility.
3. Dealer/distributor network development and channel management.
4. Supplier/principal relationship management.
5. Strategic business development and market expansion.
6. Team leadership across commercial, retail operations, technical sales, and aftersales functions.
7. Strong exposure to the UAE/GCC agriculture market.
