Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross‑functional teams across enterprise platforms from its Dubai IT hub. You will drive agile delivery, PI planning, and governance, balancing traditional project management with agile frameworks to deliver secure, high‑quality outcomes for end users and customers.

You will collaborate with procurement, legal and supplier partners, manage budgets and roadmaps, and coach teams in best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and project delivery in a matrix organisation.
• Experience in agile delivery within large technology change programmes.
• Knowledge/skills: SAFe and PMI-ACP with 5+ years applying Scrum management.
• Familiar with tools: ServiceNow ITBM, Jira, Confluence; strong architectural know-how.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organise and motivate scrum teams in agile settings.
• Facilitate PI planning, reviews and ceremonies to optimize delivery.
• Manage supplier engagement, SLAs and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal and IT teams on governance and contracts.
• Ensure Definition of Done is followed and team velocity is optimized.
