Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams in Dubai. You will facilitate PI planning, coach teams in agile practices, and blend traditional project management with PMI-ACP principles to deliver high-value outputs with predictability.

You will champion a servant leadership culture, remove roadblocks, and align agile workflows with business goals across multiple units, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience.
SAFe, PMI-ACP; additional certifications (Prince2, CSM) desirable.
Proven leadership and project delivery in global matrix organisations.
Experience delivering agile programs in large technology changes.
Strong use of JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow ITBM.
Excellent communication and servant leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead PI planning and release train ceremonies.
Coach teams on Agile, PMI-ACP principles.
Blend traditional PM with agile practices for predictability.
Protect teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure DoD adherence.
Collaborate with Product Manager and portfolio teams.
Manage budgets and forecasting for initiatives.
