Emirates is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead Scrum teams within Release Trains or standalone, optimizing delivery across enterprise platforms. You will champion agile practices, mentor teams, and coordinate with procurement and legal for strategic technology partnerships.

The role emphasizes a blend of traditional project management with agile methods, focusing on velocity, quality, and stakeholder transparency to drive value and customer experience in a fast-paced aviation

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field; 8+ years IT experience.
Proven leadership in matrix/global teams and agile change programmes.
Experience delivering agile projects with PMI-ACP/SAFe frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead PI planning and agile ceremonies; coach teams for high performance.
Blend traditional project management with Agile practices to fit initiatives.
Foster a safe, blameless environment and servant leadership to unblock teams.
Manage supplier engagement, SLAs/KPIs, and vendor performance for programs.
Drive quality and Definition of Done; maintain agile tooling like JIRA.
Support product backlog and IT service management along with continuous improvements.
Assist with cost estimation and budgeting; forecast demands for fiscal year.
Support RFx phases in procurement and product lifecycle planning.
