Job summary

Emirates IT in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Agile Delivery Manager to lead scrum teams within a Release Train or on projects, driving value through agile and hybrid methods across multiple business units.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, manage vendor performance, and partner with Procurement and Legal to ensure delivery of strategic technology initiatives while maintaining high quality and predictable delivery. Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of IT leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation.
• Experience delivering agile programs in large technology change initiatives.
• Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP is desirable with practical Scrum management.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools applied to project delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning and program reviews to align teams and stakeholders.
• Blend traditional PM practices with Agile methods using PMI-ACP principles.
• Foster a safe, collaborative environment and lead by example.
• Oversee supplier engagement, governance, SLAs and vendor performance.
• Drive quality, DoD adherence, and visibility through agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
• Mentor teams, remove blockers, and support cross-functional delivery.
• Support Product Manager in backlog management and roadmap transparency.
• Define ongoing Agile governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with cost estimation and budgeting for initiatives.
• Contribute to RFx phases in procurement for products.
