Job summary
Emirates in Dubai seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead agile release trains and ensure high-quality outputs for end users across Emirates Group businesses. You will blend PMI-ACP and SAFe practices with lean planning, coach teams, and manage complex multi-team initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You will facilitate PI planning, drive governance, and partner with Product management and IT service teams to deliver value through continuous improvement and servant leadership,
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP with 5+ years in Scrum.
- Leadership experience in a matrix organisation.
- Experience delivering agile programs in large tech changes.
- Proficient with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI planning and reviews and coach teams.
- Blend traditional PM with agile practices to fit initiatives.
- Foster a trusting environment and servant leadership.
- Lead Integrated Programme Planning and backlog decomposition.
- Drive quality and Definition of Done adherence; manage velocity.
- Mentor teams, remove blockers, and ensure visibility to stakeholders.
- Support product management and IT service management activities.
- Define governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
