Responsibilities

• Orchestrate delivery of business change within Agile frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across business units to ensure go-live readiness.
• Drive change readiness, plan cutover activities, training coordination and transition support.
• Ensure delivery governance and performance tracking across sprints, risks and milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to reflect priorities in delivery plans.
