Job summary

The Emirates Group Analytics Centre of Excellence is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to plan, lead and motivate scrum teams within a Release Train or standalone to deliver high-value outputs in a fast-paced environment in Dubai.

Lead PI planning, blend traditional PM with Agile, ensure DoD adherence, manage product backlogs and governance, and support cost estimation and budgeting for initiatives. 8+ years IT experience and SAFe/PMI-ACP certs are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP with 5+ years applying Scrum management.
Experience leading teams in a global matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

Facilitate PI planning, reviews and coaching of teams within an Agile Release Train.
Blend traditional project management with Agile approaches to fit initiatives of all sizes.
Build a safe, servant-leadership environment and remove blockers for teams.
Decompose epic roadmaps into program backlog and features ready for team backlogs.
Maintain Agile governance, velocity tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
