Job summary

Techmantra Gulf DMCC seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and product engineering teams in Dubai. You will elicit and document requirements, write user stories, and support agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with product goals.

The role requires 4-5 years of BA experience in digital delivery, proficiency with Jira/Confluence, and a customer-centric mindset to translate business value into tangible outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 4-5 years of BA experience in technology or digital delivery.
• Experience in Agile environments; exposure to SAFe is advantageous.
• Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand objectives, pain points, customer journeys, and outcomes.
• Support backlog preparation and refinement for future PIs and sprints.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, process walkthroughs, and solution discussions.
• Analyse current and future-state processes, identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements and ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout delivery lifecycle.
