Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking an experienced After Sales Manager – New Product Development to lead aftermarket sales strategies, develop new products and services, and drive revenue growth across Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial Equipment, and Energy sectors.

You will manage key customer relationships, identify opportunities, and support long-term commercial growth through innovative service solutions, working with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of aftermarket parts, maintenance contracts and technical service operations.
Minimum 5 years' experience in aftermarket, industrial equipment, marine or Oil & Gas sales.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to forecast, plan and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies for parts, contracts and services.
Identify new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial Equipment and Energy sectors.
Expand accounts, improve retention and build long-term relationships with key customers.
Introduce new aftermarket products and service offerings to increase revenue.
Manage annual sales targets, profitability goals and market expansion plans.
Collaborate with product management, operations and inventory teams to improve delivery.
