Autorun - OMODA JAECOO Dubai is seeking an experienced After Sales Receptionist to support our Dubai-based after-sales team. You will welcome service customers, handle inquiries, manage service appointments, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service in automotive UAE.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or automotive CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries and appointments simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet after-sales customers professionally.
• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries related to after-sales services.
• Provide accurate information and direct inquiries to the appropriate service team members.
• Maintain a professional customer experience throughout the reception process.
• Receive and process service appointment requests via telephone, email, website, and social channels.
• Schedule appointments according to workshop capacity and availability.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and update customer information.
• Follow up on missed appointments and coordinate rescheduling.
