Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a professional Receptionist to support Honda Aftersales in Dubai. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling calls and walk-in enquiries while ensuring a welcoming and efficient service experience.

The role requires strong English communication, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and a proactive approach to daily reception duties, coordinating with Aftersales colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers visiting the Honda Aftersales department in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attend to walk-in customers promptly and identify their service requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant employees to ensure customers receive timely assistance.
• Direct customers to the appropriate team members based on their enquiries.
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach throughout customer interactions.
• Support an efficient reception environment that reflects company customer service standards.
• Handle all incoming telephone communications professionally and efficiently.
• Identify and record the purpose of each customer call and forward accordingly.
• Respond to customer enquiries received through telephone and email.
