Job summary

Taptap Send is looking for a senior leader to own and expand Africa partnerships, shaping financial access and fintech adoption across the continent. The role sits in a hub environment with markets including Dubai, London, Paris, New York, and Africa, focusing on strategic deals and high-impact relationships.

You will navigate regulatory landscapes, build senior-level relationships, and partner with Growth, Product, and Operations to deliver competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-performing, fast-paced environments (tech, professional services, finance etc).
• Demonstrable instinct for commercial deal-making.
• Exposure to working with regulators and policy makers in Africa.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with existing partners in Africa and identify new partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate deals and oversee from first meeting to go-live.
• Represent Taptap Send with regulators and policy makers across the region.
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics to inform strategy and share best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Business Development, and Engineering to offer the best product in the market.
