Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in General Insurance.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of affinity insurance accounts and maintain high service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with affinity partners and customers to support retention and growth.
• Implement, monitor and control the renewal process to maximise retention and business performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, policy amendments, renewals and cancellations promptly.
• Assist customers in claims and ensure claims service is delivered in line with standards.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims and other internal teams for efficient service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing affinity schemes and portfolios.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address retention or growth challenges.
• Ensure premium collection requirements are met and resolve payment queries.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide management information and portfolio reporting as required.
• Contribute to team objectives relating to customer satisfaction, retention, growth and profitability.
