SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Aesthetic Surgeon to join a reputable UAE facility. The surgeon will perform facial, breast and body-contouring procedures with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will participate in comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Eligible candidates hold MBBS/MD, a Plastic Surgery specialist qualification, and DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing eligibility.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
• Recognized specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery or equivalent.
• Europe: Recognized national specialist certification in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
• Post-qualification surgical experience as required by UAE licensing authority.
• Eligibility for Specialist/Consultant classification under DHA, DOH, or MOHAP, subject to credential assessment.
• Current professional registration and a Good Standing Certificate, where applicable.
• Strong surgical skills, aesthetic judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patients' aesthetic goals, medical histories, and suitability for surgery.
• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and other cosmetic procedures.
• Perform body-contouring procedures such as liposuction and abdominoplasty as trained.
• Undertake breast aesthetic procedures including augmentation, reduction and lifting within scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and explain surgical options, risks, recovery, and results.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and ensure patients are medically fit for procedures.
• Obtain informed consent and manage expectations through clear communication.
• Provide postoperative monitoring, wound care, pain management, and follow-up consultations.
• Recognize and manage complications and arrange emergency referrals when required.
