Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Specialist / Consultant Plastic Surgeon to provide high-quality surgical care in the UAE, including reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, in line with UAE standards and approved privileges.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, performing surgeries within scope, pre- and post-operative care, and collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams. UAE licensing and credentialing support are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB or equivalent).
• UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an applicable recognized qualification.
• Relevant specialist/consultant-level experience.
• Eligible for UAE Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgery licence and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform surgical procedures within approved scope of practice and clinical privileges.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss risks, benefits and alternatives with patients.
• Manage post-operative care and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient-safety activities.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and professional competence.
