Job summary

SearchPlus HR invites applications from highly qualified aesthetic surgeons to join a reputable UAE healthcare facility. The role involves delivering surgical and aesthetic procedures with a strong emphasis on safety and patient care.

The candidate should hold recognized MBBS/MD and specialist plastic surgery credentials, with post-qualification experience and DHA eligibility. Relocation assistance and visa support are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
• Recognized specialist qualification in plastic surgery or related surgical field.
• European: recognized national specialist certification in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patients' aesthetic goals and medical histories.
• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and other cosmetic procedures.
• Perform body-contouring procedures (liposuction, abdominoplasty) where trained and credentialed.
• Undertake breast aesthetic procedures (augmentation, reduction, lifting) within scope.
• Develop treatment plans and explain options, risks, recovery, and outcomes.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and ensure patients are fit for proposed procedures.
• Obtain informed consent and manage patient expectations.
• Provide postoperative monitoring, wound care, pain management, and follow-up care.
• Recognize and manage complications and arrange appropriate referrals.
