SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Aesthetic Surgeon to join a reputable UAE facility. The role focuses on surgical and aesthetic treatments, maintaining patient safety and high clinical standards.

Candidates must hold Western qualifications (MBBS/MD) with a recognized Plastic Surgery specialty, and be eligible for DHA/DOH/MOHAP; relocation to the UAE is required. A competitive package, visa support, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
• Recognized specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery or related specialty.
• Europe: recognized national specialist certification in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
• Relevant post-qualification surgical experience as required by UAE licensing.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOHAP specialist or consultant classification after credential review.
• Current professional registration and Good Standing Certificate, where applicable.
• Strong surgical skills, aesthetic judgment, communication skills, and patient safety ethos.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess aesthetic goals and medical histories.
• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, and rhinoplasty.
• Perform body-contouring procedures such as liposuction and abdominoplasty as credentialed.
• Undertake breast procedures including augmentation, reduction and lifting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and explain options, risks and recovery.
• Conduct preoperative assessments to ensure medical fitness for procedures.
• Obtain informed consent and manage patient expectations through clear communication.
• Provide postoperative monitoring, wound care, and follow-up care.
• Recognize complications and arrange appropriate emergency care or referrals.
