Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy seeks a qualified Aesthetic Surgeon to join a leading UAE clinic. The role requires a recognised medical degree with postgraduate plastic surgery qualifications and proven aesthetic/cosmetic surgery experience.

You will conduct consultations, assess suitability, and develop personalised treatment plans while explaining risks and post-operative care. Licensure with UAE authorities is required or pursued, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Recognised medical degree and postgraduate qualifications in plastic surgery or a relevant surgical specialty.
• Proven experience in aesthetic or cosmetic surgery.
• Strong clinical judgement and patient-care standards.
• Valid UAE healthcare licence or eligibility for licensing with the relevant authority.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments and suitability evaluations for aesthetic procedures.
• Perform cosmetic surgical procedures within scope of qualifications and licensing.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
• Explain procedure risks, benefits, alternatives and post-operative care.
• Monitor patient recovery and manage follow-ups and complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Follow UAE healthcare regulations and infection-control standards.
• Collaborate with aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
