Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Aesthetic Surgeon to join a reputable UAE healthcare facility. The role involves performing facial rejuvenation, body-contouring, and breast procedures with a strong emphasis on safety and patient care.

The candidate should hold an MBBS/MD or equivalent with specialist Plastic Surgery certification and relevant UAE licensing eligibility. The position offers visa support, competitive compensation, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
• Specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery or equivalent.
• Europe: recognized national specialist certification in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
• Post-qualification surgical experience as required by UAE licensing authority.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOHAP Specialist or Consultant classification.
• Current professional registration and a Good Standing Certificate, where applicable.
• Strong surgical skills, aesthetic judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patients' aesthetic goals, medical histories, suitability for surgery, and expected outcomes.
• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures according to specialist training and clinical privileges, including facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and other appropriate cosmetic procedures.
• Perform body-contouring procedures, such as liposuction and abdominoplasty, where appropriately trained and credentialed.
• Undertake breast aesthetic procedures, including augmentation, reduction, and lifting, where within the surgeon's recognized scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and explain surgical options, potential risks, complications, recovery periods, and expected results.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and ensure patients are medically fit for the proposed procedures.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure realistic patient expectations through clear communication and counselling.
• Provide postoperative monitoring, wound care, pain management, and follow-up consultations to support safe recovery.
• Recognize and manage surgical complications and arrange appropriate emergency care or specialist referrals when required.
