Job summary

Ontime Group in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic team. You will manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, and provide information about treatments, ensuring a smooth patient journey.

Fluent English is required, Filipino language a plus; healthcare experience preferred. You will maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks, contributing to a high-quality patient experience in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Filipino language is a plus.
• Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Filipino and Western patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about aesthetic treatments, procedures, and clinic policies.
• Coordinate communication between patients and medical professionals.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Support the administrative functions of the clinic to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and address any needs.
