Job summary

GE Aerospace in the United Arab Emirates seeks an MRO Training Coordinator to lead the fulfillment of training obligations for global customers. You will develop curricula, execute proposals, manage training assets, and coordinate deliveries, including travel to customer and partner sites.

This role interfaces with GE teams, supports shop set-ups, and involves invoicing and asset management to shape the external MRO landscape for GE and CFM engines.

Qualifications

• Experience with aircraft engine disassembly and assembly on LEAP or GEnx.
• Experience training others in engine disassembly/assembly processes.
• Established project management skills.
• Computer literacy with word processing and email management.
• Advanced training experience for roles outside the USA; Bachelor’s or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and GE personnel on MRO training requests.
• Manage schedule of customer training commitments and GE/CFM assets.
• Develop training curricula and execute customer training proposals.
• Coordinate disassembly/assembly training at customers and GE shop network.
• Issue attendance docs and invoices to customers.
• Support training program development for shop set-up and consultancy.
• Travel to customer and GE facilities to conduct or oversee training.
