SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAU L.L.C is seeking an experienced aerospace sheet metal assembler to manufacture and assemble structural parts and components per customer specifications. The role involves reading design models, ERP interfaces, and manufacturing plans, with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will perform Class 1 aerostructure sheet metal assembly, maintain a clean work area, and, when possible, train and mentor fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and safety awareness are essential.
• Experience with mentoring and training team members preferred.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding aerospace assembly tasks.
• Trade Certification in Mechanical or equivalent aerospace assembly experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Assemble aerospace structural parts and components per specifications.
• Perform sheet metal assembly for Class 1 aerostructures following standards.
• Read and work with design models, ERP systems, manufacturing plans, and assembly process specs.
• Inspect and verify assembled components to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area with strong attention to detail.

Description du poste

Manufacture and assemble aerospace structural parts and components according to customer and company specifications

Perform sheet metal assembly for Class 1 aerostructures in accordance with required standards and specifications

Use assembly tooling jigs and pneumatic assembly tools effectively including basic usage and repair

Read and work with design models ERP systems manufacturing plans and assembly process specifications

Perform inspection and verification of assembled components and ensure quality requirements are met

Maintain a clean and safe work area demonstrating strong attention to detail safety awareness and physical fitness

Experience with major aerospace OEMs Lean Manufacturing and ability to train and mentor team members is preferred

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in Aerospace Sheet Metal Assembly

Education: Trade Certification in Mechanical or relevant proven aerospace assembly experience; High School Diploma desirable
