Enata Group is seeking an aerospace composite assembler to join its UAV production team. You will assemble carbon-fiber structures, perform precision drilling and bonding, and ensure compliance with drawings, BOMs and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in aerospace composite assembly, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read engineering drawings and inspect tolerances. On-site position with strict safety and quality practices.

Competenze

• Reading engineering drawings and understanding manufacturing tolerances.
• Knowledge of structural bonding, drilling, fastening and torque-controlled assembly.
• Experience with CFRP structures and aerospace composites is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Assemble carbon-fiber UAV structures including fuselage, wings and control surfaces.
• Perform precision drilling, reaming, countersinking, trimming and fastening of composite parts.
• Prepare surfaces and perform structural adhesive bonding per approved processes.
• Install inserts, bushings, brackets, fasteners and nut plates.
• Use jigs, fixtures, templates and precision hand/power tools.
• Verify alignment, gaps, clearances and assembly tolerances.
• Read BOMs and work instructions; document production activities.
• Maintain component/material traceability and report non-conformities.
