Job summary

Syscort Technologies is seeking an hands-on CRM deployment specialist to build, configure and optimise automated lifecycle journeys directly within Adobe. You will translate business requirements into live CRM programmes, owning implementation from audience segmentation and journey logic through to deployment and optimisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on CRM deployment experience.
• Proven ability to build and deploy automated lifecycle journeys.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including profiles, identities and audiences.

This is a hands‑on build role.

• Build and deploy automated lifecycle journeys and campaigns in Adobe.
• Configure audience segments, triggers, journey logic, decisioning and dynamic content.
• Manage workflows across email, SMS and push.
• Own QA, testing, deployment and governance.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests and optimise journeys.
• Manage the delivery backlog, phase the roadmap and coordinate with client, creative and technology teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands‑on CRM deployment experience, including at least 2 years with Adobe Campaign.
• Proven experience building and deploying complex, automated lifecycle journeys.
• Hands‑on expertise in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including profiles, identities and audiences.
• SQL skills for segmentation and data QA.
• Strong communication, delivery, and stakeholder management skills
• Adobe Certified: Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner (Professional)
• Airline, travel or loyalty CRM experience and GCC experience are a plus
