Qualifications

• 4–5 years of document control experience.
• Strong ADNOC project experience is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Aconex and project documentation management.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate document control records.
• Use Aconex to manage document submissions and project correspondence.
• Prepare, process, and track document transmittals.
• Monitor document status, submissions, revisions, and distribution.
• Maintain organized project records in accordance with client requirements.
• Coordinate document flow among project stakeholders and relevant departments.
• Ensure documentation is properly tracked and accessible when required.
• Support compliance with project‑specific document control procedures.
