Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents in a professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate demo classes to support the admissions process.
• Provide student counselling and assist with admissions and enrollment activities.
• Maintain admission records and manage daily administrative operations.
• Prepare and submit daily admission and operational reports.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and sales abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Student admissions and enrollment processes.
• Lead follow-up and customer relationship management.
• Record management and administrative reporting.
• Previous experience in admissions or sales is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
