Ambassador School Dubai is seeking an energetic Admissions Officer to guide families through the admissions journey with warmth and care. You will be the friendly voice behind enquiries, conduct tours, and manage applications, assessments, and records.

Collaborating with marketing and leadership, you’ll help grow enrolments while delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with families.

• Be the friendly voice behind every enquiry and welcoming face at school visits.
• Guide families through the admissions process from enquiry to first day of school.
• Conduct school tours that encourage families to enroll.
• Manage applications, assessments, enrolments, and admissions records.
• Follow up with prospective families and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and school leadership to support enrolment growth.
• Answer questions from curriculum options to parking arrangements in conversations.
