School Systems Administration
The School Systems Administrator will form part of the administration team responsible for iSAMS and PowerSchool while supporting related educational and enterprise platforms across Aldar Education.
- Implement, configure and maintain student information systems and related enterprise applications.
- Administer iSAMS and associated educational systems across Aldar Education schools, including Charter and IB curriculum schools.
- Configure and maintain academic, attendance, pastoral, assessment and administrative modules within iSAMS.
- Support user administration, permissions and system access in accordance with organizational policies.
- Create and maintain user accounts, roles, security groups and access permissions.
- Monitor system integrity, availability, security and performance.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Support cloud-hosted and on-premises applications where required.
- Assist with data recovery and business continuity activities.
- Support annual academic year rollover activities and maintain data continuity across schools.
Systems Integration and Digital Transformation
The role will support the introduction and continued development of educational technologies, integrations and automation across the organization.

- Support AI-driven integration and automation initiatives involving iSAMS and related platforms.
- Work with Infrastructure and Applications teams on SSO, authentication and identity management.

- Assist with system testing, validation and user acceptance activities for upgrades, releases and new implementations.
- Contribute to process automation initiatives designed to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Data, Reporting and Analytics
The Administrator will help maintain accurate and reliable information across integrated systems including iSAMS, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Live Aldar and CPOMS. Responsibilities include supporting data quality, automated reporting, centralized dashboards, analytics and business intelligence solutions used for educational and operational decision-making. The role will also support report card configuration and distribution through Live Aldar in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
Technical Support and Service Delivery
- Provide functional and technical support to schools and central teams.
- Prioritize and resolve service desk tickets according to agreed service levels.
- Investigate system incidents, operational issues and user requests.
- Develop a detailed understanding of educational systems and associated business processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, system procedures, configuration records and operational guidelines.
- Provide timely support while maintaining strong internal customer service standards.
Training and User Enablement
The School Systems Administrator will create and maintain training materials, user documentation and knowledge resources to encourage effective system adoption. The role includes supporting training for school staff covering system functionality, data entry, reporting, data security and recommended working practices. Knowledge transfer will form an important part of ensuring consistent system use across the school network.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience managing education systems.
- Experience administering school information systems such as iSAMS, Engage or PowerSchool.
- Experience setting up and implementing new software within schools is advantageous.
