Job summary

CSP Group, a Dubai-based corporate services provider, seeks a Company Formation Specialist - Client Relationship Manager to manage end-to-end registrations across UAE jurisdictions including ADGM and other free zones. You will work with Legal, Finance and Compliance to ensure accurate files and smooth processing, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in UAE CSP experience, 1 year in ADGM, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in UAE with a Corporate Services Provider
• At least 1 year focused on ADGM jurisdiction
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication
• Proven client-facing and account management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business registration: incorporation, licensing, amendments, renewals, filings.
• Prepare and submit incorporation/licensing applications via government/free zone portals.
• Maintain accurate client files and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and free zones to support case progression
