CSP Group, a Dubai-based corporate services provider, seeks a Company Formation Specialist - Client Relationship Manager to manage end-to-end registrations across UAE jurisdictions including ADGM and other free zones. You will work with Legal, Finance and Compliance to ensure accurate files and smooth processing, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in UAE CSP experience, 1 year in ADGM, and excellent English communication.

The role involves managing and executing end-to-end company formation, corporate structuring, and client relationship management across UAE jurisdictions including mainland and free zones (DIFC and ADGM).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the UAE within a Corporate Services Provider, with at least 1 year specifically focused on the ADGM jurisdiction.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage the end-to-end business registration process including incorporation, licensing, amendments, renewals, and related filings.
• Prepare, review, and submit incorporation and licensing applications through relevant government and free zone portals.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date client files and internal systems while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.
