Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with a UAE Free Zone or Corporate Services Provider.
• Strong sales, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly structured and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute company formation and residency processes per client requirements.
• Handle license renewals and update renewal reminders on the portal.
• Prepare compliance documents for review by compliance officer.
• Coordinate daily correspondence with clients and authorities.
• Meet clients and explain services, processes and costs.
• Issue invoices and file tax invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date documents (soft and hard copies).
• Support with additional services based on revenue targets set by Line Manager.
