Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC is seeking a skilled Female Accounts Payable Accountant with Arabic language proficiency to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of accounts payable experience in the Food & Beverage sector and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring timely month-end close.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
• Arabic language proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and management regarding payment-related matters
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
• Maintain proper documentation and support monthly closing activities
• Coordinate effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth accounting operations
• Handle work pressure professionally while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
