Job summary

BIN EID ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES is seeking a senior hotel finance leader in Dubai to oversee all financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll and GL, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will develop annual budgets, forecast revenues and expenses, and drive cost-saving opportunities.

The role requires 10+ years in hotel accounting or financial management, with proficiency in PMS and key accounting software. CPA/CMA is highly preferred and the position is based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in hotel accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in PMS and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• Develop and manage the hotel’s annual budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management reports to provide insights into hotel performance.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and prevent fraud.
