Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Internship or training in accounting/administration is a plus.
• Basic bookkeeping, invoicing and accounting principles knowledge.
• Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions accurately.
• Prepare customer invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and credit notes.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and documents.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
