Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with monthly and quarterly VAT return preparation and filing
• Maintain petty cash records and handle expense claims
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and clients on payment-related queries
