ZAPS Group is hiring a dedicated Accounts / Finance Executive to support its growing corporate finance department in Dubai. Designed for a detail-oriented accounting professional, this role centers on executing daily transactional workflows, maintaining regional VAT compliance, tracking organizational cash flow, and generating key executive reporting using Zoho Books and advanced Excel spreadsheets.

Core Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions, general ledger entries, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Oversee UAE VAT tracking, invoice auditing, and routine filing compliance under local regulations.
• Track short-term cash flow metrics and prepare routine financial summary reports for operational review.
• Build analytical workbooks, data models, and accounting summaries using Zoho Books and advanced Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Assist senior finance staff through month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on accounting or financial management experience.
