Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, UAE experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in UAE.
• Proficiency with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero or Tally and advanced Excel skills; IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and FTA filing procedures.
• English communication required; UAE driving license and Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger records.
• Prepare, process, and issue client invoices, vendor payments, and staff expense claims.
• Manage UAE VAT compliance, return filings, and FTA documentation.
• Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and budgets.
• Track receivables, update cash flow, and perform routine collection follow-ups.
• Coordinate annual audits, process payroll, and maintain financial archives.

Position Outline

Sensehype Innovation LLC‑FZ is recruiting an Accounting Executive to lead day‑to‑day financial operations in Dubai. This role handles general ledger maintenance, invoicing, cash flow monitoring, and regulatory VAT reporting for a diverse client portfolio while coordinating audits and payroll functions.

Primary Duties

• Maintain accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger records.
• Prepare, process, and issue client invoices, vendor payments, and staff expense claims.
• Manage UAE VAT compliance, return filings, and documentation with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
• Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements alongside budget forecasts.
• Track receivables, manage cash flow updates, and perform routine collection follow‑ups.
• Coordinate annual audit requirements, process payroll, and maintain organized financial archives.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA credentials are a strong plus).
• Work History: 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within a UAE company or agency.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally, alongside advanced MS Excel skills and sound knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Firm understanding of UAE VAT laws and FTA filing procedures.
• Additional Preferences: Strong English communication skills; UAE driving license and Arabic proficiency preferred.
