HAS Law Firm in Dubai is seeking an Accountant to join on-site and support accurate financial operations, reporting, and UAE compliance. The role focuses on daily transactions and maintaining financial records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Role Overview

As an Accountant, you will be an integral part of our team in Dubai, working in an ON‑SITE environment to support accurate and timely financial operations. You will contribute to maintaining our financial records, assisting with daily transactions, and supporting compliance with UAE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system (Zoho Books mandatory).
• Support bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
• Support VAT‑related data preparation and compliance requirements in the UAE.
• Assist with general finance‑related tasks as assigned.

Must Have Requirements

• 3‑5 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books accounting software.
