Role Overview

High End Films is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Account Coordinator to support its financial and administrative operations in Dubai Studio City. This non-accountant support role focuses on handling VAT documentation, maintaining accurate financial records, generating Excel reports, and managing data entry within accounting software in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Execute routine accounting and finance administrative tasks across internal departments.
• Maintain complete financial documentation and maintain organized record-keeping systems.
• Prepare, process, and archive VAT-related records in compliance with tax requirements.
• Develop, update, and manage financial tracking sheets using advanced Excel functions.
• Perform financial data entry and ledger updates using Zoho Books or equivalent software platforms.
• Coordinate cross-departmental administrative workflows to ensure deadline compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on UAE accounting support experience (prior exposure to rental, logistics, or media production sectors is preferred).
• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (or similar accounting software) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of VAT documentation processes and administrative financial record management.
