Job summary

ALL PRINTS - UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy of the general ledger and financial reporting. Responsibilities include full-cycle accounting, VAT declarations, and corporate tax compliance.

The role requires UAE accounting experience, proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. You will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven UAE experience in accounting, general ledger management, and financial reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of local tax regulations, including VAT declarations and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Excellent proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
• Enter journal entries for expenses, card payments, and bank payments.
• Draft and verify closing entries.
• Review receivables, payables, salaries, and GL accounts for accuracy.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
• Perform regular balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile payable transactions and statements, and prepare aging reports.
• Initiate bank transfers securely and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit VAT Declarations and Corporate Tax returns.
