Job summary

Ajax Systems is seeking an Accountant/Finance professional in the UAE to handle supplier settlements, postings, and reconciliations for a global security manufacturer.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years of supplier‑settlement experience, UAE tax knowledge, and strong skills in Excel, 1C and SAP. Proficiency in Ukrainian and English is required; attention to detail is essential and you will work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Documents check and accounting posting: receipts of goods and services, returns to suppliers, expenses
• Control over correct records of transactions with suppliers within orders/contracts, and records of required adjustments
• Reconciliations with suppliers
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Work experience in accounting with a focus on settlements with suppliers - at least 2 years
• Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software: 1C, SAP. Good knowledge of Excel
• Languages: Ukrainian and English - at an intermediate level or higher
