Job summary

Ajax Systems in Dubai seeks an Accountant with a focus on supplier settlements to join our international team. You will handle documents, postings, and reconciliations with suppliers and support tax filings and audits.

The role offers exposure to a fast-paced security manufacturing environment, with deadlines-driven work and opportunities to develop skills in accounting standards and UAE regulations. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in 1C, SAP, and Excel is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience focused on supplier settlements.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software: 1C, SAP; excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Documents check and accounting posting: receipts of goods and services, returns to suppliers, expenses
• Control over correct records of transactions with suppliers within orders/contracts, and records of required adjustments
• Reconciliations with suppliers
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits
• Other tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Work experience in accounting with a focus on settlements with suppliers - at least 2 years
• Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software: 1C, SAP. Good knowledge of Excel
• Languages: Ukrainian and English - at an intermediate level or higher
