Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading international security manufacturer, seeks an experienced Accountant/Finance professional in the UAE to handle supplier settlements, postings, and reconciliations.

You will maintain records, ensure UAE tax compliance, assist with audits, and collaborate across finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong Excel, 1C and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 2 years experience in supplier settlements.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in 1C, SAP and Excel.
• Languages: Ukrainian and English at intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Documents check and accounting posting: receipts of goods and services, returns to suppliers, expenses.
• Control over correct records of transactions with suppliers within orders/contracts, and records of required adjustments.
• Reconciliations with suppliers.
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits.
