Job summary

AJAX SYSTEMS CH in Dubai is seeking an experienced accounting specialist focused on supplier settlements. You will manage postings, receipts, and reconciliations for supplier transactions with accuracy and UAE regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years in supplier accounting, plus proficiency in 1C and SAP. English and Ukrainian language skills are required, with growth potential in a fast-paced security tech manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years' experience in supplier-focused accounting.
• Understanding of UAE tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in 1C and SAP; strong Excel knowledge.
• Languages: Ukrainian and English at intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Documents check and accounting posting: receipts of goods and services, returns to suppliers, expenses.
• Control over records of supplier transactions within orders/contracts and required adjustments.
• Reconciliations with suppliers.
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits.
