Ajax Systems, a leading international security technology company, is seeking an Accountant/Finance specialist in Dubai. You will manage supplier-related accounting postings, verify receipts, and maintain accurate records for every purchase, returns, and expenses.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of UAE tax regulations. You will participate in reconciliations, assist with tax filings and audits, and support a fast-paced, innovative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• At least 2 years of accounting experience focusing on supplier settlements
• Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software: 1C, SAP, and Excel
• Languages: Ukrainian and English at intermediate level or higher

Responsibilities

• Documents check and accounting posting: receipts of goods and services, returns to suppliers, expenses
• Control over correct records of transactions with suppliers within orders/contracts, and records of required adjustments
• Reconciliations with suppliers
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits

Requirements:
