Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE real estate sector, with strong knowledge of property accounting and financial reporting. The role involves preparing financial reports and statements, managing bank reconciliations, conducting periodic audits, and taking ownership of daily financial transactions and tenant accounts. The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• Property accounting and property management accounting
• Rental income and tenant receivables
• Review lease agreements and ensure rental charges, tenant details, and billing schedules are accurately recorded.
• Record and monitor property expenses, service charges, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, supplier, and tenant account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare UAE VAT calculations and support VAT return preparation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and internal and external audits.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with others.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker — mandatory, with strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-4 years of Real Estate accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of rental accounting, lease accounting, service charges, and UAE VAT.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
